The Workshop you registered to attend is hosted by Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember and Universitas Airlangga in Surabaya on Wednesday, 20 February, 2013. Please plan to arrive no later than 9:00 am so that we can check you in and provide you with your workshop materials..

You will be taking part in a morning workshop on the topic of Mapping Your Career Pathway and an afternoon workshop on the topic of Communicating Your Science. Each workshop will be 2 hours 30 minutes in length. While these assigned topics may not be your first choice, please be aware that the committee made every effort to match you with sessions according to your selections from the online form and the availability of space…."

Agak nekat untuk tetap mendaftar workshop ini. Kontennya menarik, workshopnya sangat terbuka untuk siapapun yang ingin ikut. Workshop 1 hari yang diadakan di beberapa kota oleh ACS/HKI. Dari bandung sejatinya saya bisa memilih Jakarta sebagai lokasi, tapi sudah penuh. Nekatlah saya memilih Surabaya dengan pertimbangan saya akan bisa berangkat minimal 1 hari sebelumnya.

Sayangnya pemberitahuannya cukup mendadak dan telat kubaca. Maklum, panitia pasti sangat hectic  mengurusi kepesertaan. 17 jam perjalanan dengan kereta api ekonomi sudah tidak terkejar karena jadwal. Naik kereta eksekutif dan bisnis belum mampu bayar sendiri (hehe). Mau nyari tiket pesawat yang bisa 2 jam sampe, kasusnya sama kaya kereta eksekutif dan bisnis. hmm pesawat telepon aja kali ya hehe

Padahal sempet ngebayangin rela ngegembel disana demi main ke ITS! Ga jadi deh hehe. Mungkin kurang nekat buat tetep berangkat. Tapi ya, mungkin memang belum saatnya. Suatu saat nanti yeaay! Aamiin :)
